Amazing and friendly service. I took computer parts in to get them assembled and it was done the same day. Not only was I able to watch him put together my computer, but he taught me how. I had questions answered in an understanding and applicable way. I highly recommend Independent Output's service to anyone and any company in need of any IT help.

I brought in five or so computers to have all the data moved and consolidated onto one. They were able to do that and provided a complete backup copy for all of the machines in case anything was missed! Great service, great price! They've also been able to help me recycle a number of older machines

This was a lifesaver. I'm a college student and finals are coming up. I needed my laptop fixed quickly. Another company told me it would take a month to fix. I took it to Independent Output and he fixed it in 1 hour and charged me a quarter of what the other company said. No issues with my laptop and I can go back to studying for my classes! Amazing service, helpful, friendly, and affordable pricing. Nothing but positives.

This place is great! I took my computer in and, same day, they easily found what was wrong and helped fix it. Quick and easy! Much faster and cheaper than other computer repair places I’ve been to. The two people working there are kind and extremely helpful. Prices are great and they seem to make a great team! I highly recommend this place, even if you live farther away!

they were amazing!!! when i first arrived, i wasn’t convinced due to the appearance and location of the business. but no worries - they ended up having to give me the worst news i could’ve gotten for my laptop, however their work was very thorough. they were easy to reach and communicate with the whole time until i came by to pick it up. when i did come to pick it up, they were ready with two pieces of paper fully documenting every test they ran along with results. the most important things were even highlighted so it was easy to understand and relay to the manufacturer (who i now need to talk to about hopefully replacing it). for someone who isn’t into technological/computer things, they were very good about explaining things in a way i could understand and getting me the information i asked about. they even stayed after hours by almost a full half hour so that i could pick up my laptop before the weekend and get things sorted out otherwise. not only that but they waived the cost of their time, resources and effort because they know ill most likely have to buy a new laptop now. i would highly recommend coming here for any issue you might have!! 10/10 service all around. thank you so much!!!

Just took my laptop here yesterday. Highly recommend. The pricing is much better than what you'd find elsewhere and completely fair. He also does a good job explaining the issue and answering questions so you can resolve problems yourself if need be.

10/10 would recommend this place to others! They fixed my computer that had a broken hinge and backplate in no time (less than a week) and it was almost $100 less than other places. I will say to y'all reading this and wondering if they're the place to go when you show up, it looks a bit odd when you first arrive, it's not a big corporate place, it's a small business with the best service and timing around though! A diamond in the ruff as some may say. Perfect for college students on a budget but looking to get things fixed well. Also, bring a bag of cat food or some toys and you'll get a discount 😁

My laptop broke just before final exams and they fixed it in time! I don't usually write reviews but this is one of the best companies I have ever gone to. Their pricing is fair and they have amazing service. They offer a service warranty if anything goes wrong after the repair, and they fixed a problem with my laptop under this warranty (see the picture) that had nothing to do with the original fix. They were also very flexible with hours and responded promptly if they weren't available at that moment. Thanks again Burns!

I brought in a really old computer that hadn’t turned on in 5+ years because I needed to recover some recipes. Not only did he manage to get it running again, he also pointed me in the right direction on what needed to be done to retrieve the files. He even gave me the monitor cable I needed—for free. 10/10 recommend bringing all your electronic problems to him!
